罂粟壳与吗啡镇痛作用对比的实验研究

目的:观察小鼠单次灌服罂粟壳水煎液、盐酸吗啡片及皮下注射盐酸吗啡注射液,对小鼠痛阈的影响。方法:采用热板法测定小鼠的痛阈。结果:小鼠单次灌胃罂粟壳水煎液、盐酸吗啡片及皮下注射盐酸吗啡注射液30、60、90m in后小鼠的痛阈均显著提高(P<0.05),3组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:罂粟壳水煎液可以提高小鼠对高温的痛阈值,与盐酸吗啡片组、盐酸吗啡注射液组无显著性差异。

Comparative Study of Analgesic Effect on Poppy and Morphine

Objective:To observe the effect of pain-relieving of mice,through one-off administration of decoction of Poppy,Mscontin tablet and Morphine Hydrochloride injection.Methods:The hot-plate experiment was used to study the pain threshold.Results:In hot-plate experiment: single administration of decoction of poppy,Mscontin tablet and morphine hydrochloride injection all markably enhance the pain threshold 30min,60min,90min after(P<0.05),and there are no significant difference between every two of the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Decoction of poppy can enhance the value of pain threshold of mice for high temperature,and there are no significant difference from mescontin tablet,morphine hydrochloride injection.
