摘    要:大骨节病(KBD)病因至今不明,按合同书要求,本再做病区水中有机物在KBD病因中作用的研究。以榆林地区回顾性对照调查结果,参考献综合所见,本认为病区水中有机物总有机碳、腐植酸和黄腐酸的质、量与KBD之间的关系各地、各家研究结果不一、见解不一、笔未看到其间有统计学的普遍联系。以病区水高浓度黄腐酸不能致培养软骨细胞病变、不能引发出实验动物病变,不能复制出KBD的动物模型;且腐植酸或其组分之一的

Abstract:The cause of Kaschin-Beck disease (KBD) hasn't been clear as yet. Whether the organic substances in drinking water of disease region act in the cause of KBD was investigated again in this paper according to an agreement. Synthesizing the results of case control investigation in Yu'lin consulted with some literatures, the author believe that the results and views of relationship between the qualities or quantites of total organic carbon, humic acid or fulvic acid and KBD were varied one with another. And the author didn't discover there a statistically universal relationship between them. Using the fulvic acid of high concentration in water of the disease area, no pathological change of cultured chondrocytes or of experimental amimals were induced, no animal model of KBD was reproduced. The practice that humic acid or fulvic acid of them have been used as medicine conflicts with the theory that humic acid or fulvic acid of them may play a role in the cause of KBD. The investigative results presented in this paper don't support the hypothesis that total organic carbon, humic acid or fulvic acid in drinking water were the cause of KBD. As for the category of phenolic acids in drinking water of disease region, their concentration in water are very small, and their toxicities to cultured chondrocytes or to experimental animals are very low, therefore the possibility that the category of phenolic acids may act as the caus of KBD is very few.
