| 摘 要： | 目的:观察评价清热利湿和络法长期治疗对慢性肾炎蛋白尿变化的影响,分析肾功能、血压、蛋白尿程度、中医证型对该法疗效的影响,分析在清热利湿和络法的基础上加用小剂量雷公藤治疗慢性肾炎蛋白尿的指征与效果.方法:观察43例慢性肾炎患者使用清热利湿和络法治疗1年的疗效.结果:慢性肾炎患者使用清热利湿和络法治疗1年后蛋白尿有明显改善.结论:清热利湿和络法长期治疗对于慢性肾炎蛋白尿是有效的,加用雷公藤有助于控制蛋白尿,肾功能异常者和伴高血压者的蛋白尿治疗效果较差,湿热深蕴于肾是慢性肾炎湿热证的病理特点之一.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe effect of long-term treatment with removing heat and dampness and regulating collateral method on urinary protein in the patient of chronic nephritis. Methods: 43 cases of chronic nephritis were treated by removing heat and dampness and regulating collateral method for one year and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results: Proteinuria was obviously improved in the patient of chronic nephritis. Conclusion: The removing heat and dampness and regulating collateral method is effective for chronic proteinuria in the patient of chronic nephritis. Tripterygium Wilfordii is beneficial to control of proteinuria. |
