The Determination of the Contents of Cholic Acid in Three Batches of Snake Gall |

| Abstract: | The paper selected the cholic acid which is one of the snake gall's principal ingredient as the quality standard.Sulfuric acid furfural was chosen to show colour.The determination of cholic acid's contents was done by the colorimetric method in 605nm wave length.The method is convenient and accurate.It may be used as the means to control the internal quality of the snake gall. |
