建立完善的疾病控制体系刻不容缓

目的　探讨 2 0 0 3年SARS疫情处理过程的问题 ,研究加强疾病控制体系应急能力的对策。方法　对 2 0 0 3年SARS疫情处理相关资料进行分析。结果　公共卫生应急体系的突出问题主要表现为没有把疾病控制放到应有的高度 ,思想上不重视、经费上不支持、政策上不合理 ,疾病控制机构大多时间不在从事疾病控制工作。结论　改变观念、调整政策、增加投入、训练队伍 ,建立完善的疾病控制体系是当务之急

Urgency of Establishing Perfect System of Disease Control and Prevention

Objective To analyze problems in SARS management in 2003 and provide countermeasures of improving capacity of epidemic management. Methods Data of SARS management in 2003 were analyzed. Results The main problems in the public emergent event management were as follow: Disease control and prevention had not been attached enough importance to. The institution of disease control and prevention had not got enough financial support. The policy was not reasonable. Staff in disease control and prevention institution were not busy in disease control in most of time. Conclusions Update conception, regulate policy, increase financial support and training medical workers are emergent to build up a perfect system of disease control and prevention.
