急性动脉出血介入诊断与治疗

目的探讨经导管介入性动脉造影及介入灌注栓塞术对急性动脉出血的诊断与治疗价值。方法对34例急性动脉出血的患者经股动脉插管,至靶动脉进行介入性动脉造影和介入灌注栓塞术,其中大咯血的患者7例,胃或十二指肠出血6例,小肠及结肠出血7例,肝脏出血5例,肾脏出血5例,下肢动脉出血4例。结果 34例经选择性动脉造影获得明确诊断31例,1例大咯血患者未找到出血动脉,2例小肠或结肠出血患者未能找到出血动脉,27例经介入灌注栓塞治疗,复造影及结合临床,出血均止住。结论介入性动脉造影及介入灌注栓塞术对急性动脉出血不仅可确定出血部位,而且可达到止血的目的,是一种安全有效的诊断、治疗方法。

Interventional diagnosis and treatment for acute hemorrhagic of arteria

Objective To study the value of the interventional diagnosis and the treatment for acute hemorrhagic of arteria by application of the arteria digital subtract amgiography and the interventional infusion and embolization.Methods 34 patients with the acute hemorrhagic of arteria,including 7 cases with the hemoptysis,6 cases with the upper gastrointestinal bleeding,7 cases with the lower gastrointestinal bleeding,5 cases with the hepatic bleeding and 5 cases with the kidney bleeding,and 4cases with the lower limib arteria bleeding were perfomed by arteria digital subtract angiography and interventional infusion and embolization.Results 31cases have been successful made a diagnosis,among which 27 cases were cured without the complication by interventional infusion and embolization treatment.Concluation The arteria digital subtract angiography and the interventional infusion and embolization for acute hemorrhagic of arteria are not only facilitating for a diagnosis in the position of the arteria bleeding but also conducing to a effectively and safe treatment.
