电视纵隔镜在胸部疑难疾病中的临床应用

目的探讨电视纵隔镜在胸部疑难疾病并纵隔淋巴结肿大中的应用价值。方法对2005年10月-2010年3月在我院胸外科住院的96例胸部疑难疾病并纵隔淋巴结肿大患者行了电视纵隔镜检查进行活检,获取病理以明确诊断。结果手术经过顺利,无严重并发症及围手术期死亡。96例患者均获明确病理诊断,其中,肺腺癌27例,肺鳞癌26例,肺小细胞癌15例,恶性淋巴瘤14例,纵隔淋巴结结核8例,结节病4例,纵隔慢性淋巴结炎2例。结论电视纵隔镜手术创伤小,安全,取材可靠,可作为胸部疑难疾病并纵隔淋巴结肿大的患者的有效诊断方法。

Clinical application of video-mediastinoscopy in the diagnosis of thoracic question disease

Objective To investigate clinical application value of Video-mediastinoscopy in the diagnosis of thoracic question disease with mediastinal lymphadenectasis.Methods 96 cases of thoracic question disease with mediastinal lymphadenectasis who were undergone biopsy by Video-mediastinoscopy from October 2005 to March,2010.Results There was no severity complication and death,All patients had definitive diagnosis after operation,Among them,adenocarcinoma of lung was diagnosed in 27 patients,lung squamous carcinoma in 26 patients,small cell carcinoma of lung in 15 patients,lymphoma in 14 patients,tuberculosis in 8 patients,sarcoidos in 4 patients,chronic lymphadenitis in 2 patients.Conclusion Video-mediastinoscopy with little peration woundv is a safe and effective procedure for diagnosis of thoracic question disease with mediastinal lymphadenectasis.
