| 摘 要： | 目的探讨南昌市急性颅脑创伤住院患者的流行病学特征。方法回顾性研究13727例颅脑创伤住院患者的临床资料,应用EXCEL2007,SPSS14.0进行统计学分析。结果 13727例患者中,男9642例（70.24%）,女4085例（29.76%）;16-45岁7698例（35.08%）;受伤职业前三位是农民（29.61%）,工人（12.57%）,学生（12.06%）;受伤原因前三位为车祸（50.19%）,打击伤（17.25%）和坠落伤（13.38%）;闭合性颅脑损伤97.02%。出院时良好（82.66%）,轻中残（7.02%）,重残（3.12%）,植物生存或长期昏迷（1.72%）,死亡（5.48%）。结论车祸伤、打击伤、坠落伤是颅脑创伤主要原因。年龄在16-45岁,农民和工人为高危人群。加强公共安全教育、规范颅脑创伤的救治方法是预防颅脑创伤的发生和提高其救治水平的重要途径。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the epidemic feature of acute traumatic brain injury(TBI) hospitalized patients of Nanchang.Methods To analyse retrospectively about the clinical data of 13727 cases of TBI,and do statistic analysis with software EXCEL 2007 and SPSS 14.0.Results In 13727 the cases,we can find that the male cases were 9642 with 70.24%,and female were 4085 at the ratio of 29.76%.The mainly age was raised from 16 to 45(35.08%).of all the cases,the sequence of occupation was peasants(29.61%),workers(12.57%)... |
