| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨胆囊癌的ＣＴ诊断价值与误诊原因。方法：对１１例经手术证实的胆囊癌ＣＴ资料进行回顾性分析。结果：壁厚型３例，腔内型４例，肿块型４例，术前误诊３例。结论：ＣＴ在胆囊癌的诊断与鉴别诊断中有重要价值，但也存在一定的局限性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the diagnostic value and misdiagnostic reasons of gallbladder carcinoma by CT.Methods:The images of CT scan in 11 cases proved pathologically gallbladder carcinoma were retrospectively analysed.Results:There were thickened wall in 3 cases,intraluminal mass in 4 cases,mass in 4 cases and 3 cases misdiagnosed. Conclusion:The CT scan show important value for diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma,but it has some limitation. |
