| 摘 要： | 目的分析C反应蛋白在急性呼吸道感染及治疗中的应用。方法将我院呼吸内科2011年6月—2012年6月176例患者作为治疗组;选择200例健康人作为对照组,使用速率散射比浊法来对两组研究对象体内的血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平进行检测。结果两组研究对象体内的血清CRP水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CRP水平作为诊断人体是否存在呼吸道感染的敏感指标之一,它的测量敏感度与患者的感染程度以及感染浓度有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application of C-reactive protein（CRP） in acute respiratory infections and treatment.Methods Choosed 176 patients from Jun.2011 to Jun.2012 as study group,and choosed 200 healthy people as controlled group.Detected the CRP level of these two groups.Results There was significant difference in serum CRP of these two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion The content of CRP could diagnosis acute respiratory infections or not and its measuring sensitivity depended on degree of infection. |
