| 摘 要： | 目的探讨整体护理在肝内胆汁淤积症孕妇中的运用。方法对162例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)患者实施整体护理。结果 162例患者都选择剖宫产术分娩,未发生胎儿宫内窒息、围产儿死亡病例。其中发生胎儿宫内窘迫45例,产后出血16例。结论通过对住院ICP孕妇实施整体护理,不仅大大降低了胎儿死亡率,提高胎儿的健康质量,还改善了患者的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the holistic nursing care in intrahepatic cholestasis disease application of pregnant women.Methods A total of 162 patients with ICP implementation,who were in holistic nursing care.Results 162 patients were choosed cesarean section delivery has not occurred,fetal distress,perinatal infants dead deaths.Which occur in fetal distress in 45 cases,postpartum hemorrhage patients（16 cases）.Conclusion Through the implementation of holistic nursing care in hospital ICP pregnant women,which can not only greatly reduces the fetal mortality and improve the health of the fetus,but also improve the quality of the prognosis of patients with. |
