| 摘 要： | 目的 探索清除白细胞的方法。方法 比较了离心法，脱脂棉花法和微晶纤维法3种方法的优劣。结果 离心法清除率为91.7％，棉花法清除率为100％，微晶纤维法清除率为99.9％。结论 棉花法白细胞的清除率最高。

| Abstract: | objectives To investigate the methodology of clearning Leukocyte from blood sample Methods:Three methods including Centrifugation,Gossypium depuratum and Microcrystal fiber were compared.Results:Clearance rate of Centrifugation,Gossypium depuratum and Microcrystal fiber were 91.7% 100% 99.9% respectively.Conclusion:The method of Gossypium depuratum showed the highest rate in clearance of leakocyte from blood sample. |
