超声心动图检测中老年尿毒症患者肾移植术前后左室结构和功能的变化

摘    要:目的研究中老年尿毒症患者肾移植前、后左室结构和功能的改变。方法经胸彩色多普勒超声心动图测量20例中老年尿毒症患者肾移植前、肾成功移植三个月以后的左室结构及功能。结果中老年尿毒症患者移植前后心脏各参数左室舒末径、左室壁厚度、左室收缩及舒张功能均有明显改善(P〈0.05);肾移植后三个月左室壁厚度较移植术前明显减小(P〈0.01),仍较正常对照组增厚(P〈0.05),其余指标与正常对照组无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论中老年尿毒症患者在成功进行肾移植术后,左室的结构及功能均得以改善。

Abstract:Objective To investigate left ventricular structural and functional changes at middle and old age of uremia pre-and post-transplantation.Methods Cardiac changes were observed by transthoracic echocardiography before and 3 months after renal transplantation successfully in 20 uremia cases. Results Compared with pre-transplantation, cardiac parameters include with left ventricular diastolic dimension,thickness of left ventricle, systolic and diastolic functions were improved significantly( P 〈 0.05). Three months later, thicknesses of left ventricle were decreased evidently compared with those in pre-transplantation ( P 〈 0.01 ) although they were much thicker than these in control ( P 〈 0.05). There were no significant difference in other parameters between the case and control. Conclusion Left ventricular structure and function were improved after renal transplantation successfully at middle and old age of uremia.
