月宫栓治疗宫颈糜烂360例疗效观察

目的：探讨纯中药制剂月宫栓对宫颈糜烂的治疗效果。方法：选择宫颈糜烂患者共500例，按随机方法分成2组，治疗组360例，对照组140例，于月经干净3－5天每晚睡前温开水清洗外阴后，治疗组将1枚月宫栓，对照组将2粒妇炎灵胶囊放入阴道穹隆，每天1次，连用10天为1疗程，治疗2疗程，每疗程结束后于下次月经干净3－5天后复查，并进行疗效评定，结果：治疗1疗程后，治疗组治愈率85．00％，总有效率96．11％，对照组则为72．14％和84．99％，治疗2疗程及3月后2次复查，治疗组治愈率分别为91．11％，93．88％，总有效率为100％，对照组分别为77．14％，80．17％和86．43％，88．57％，2组比较，差异有非常显著性意义（P＜0．01），治疗过程中均未发现局部或全身毒，副反应，结论：月宫栓治疗宫颈糜烂疗效确切，操作简单，无毒，副反应。

Treatment of Cervical Erosion by Yuegong Suppository: A Clinical Observation of 360 Cases

ve: To explore the curative effect of Yuegong suppository (YS) for cervical erosion (CE). Methods: 500 cases of CE were allocated to treatment group(360 cases) and control group (140 cases)randomly. After the menstruation was stopped for 3-5 days, the vulva was cleaned with warm boiled water before going to bed, 1 piece of YS was inserted into vaginal fornix daily in treat-ment group and 2 pieces of Fuyanling capsule daily in control group, 10 days constitated a course of treatment with 2 treatment courses successively. The curative effect was evaluated by examina-tion of cervix after the stoppage of menstruation for 3-5 days. Results: After 1 course of treatment, the curative rate was 85.00% and the total effective rate was 96.11% in freatment group, and 72. 14% , 84. 99% respectively in control group. After the second course of treatment and 3 months, the curative rate was 91. 11% and 93. 88%, total effective rate being 100% yespectively in treatment group and 77. 14% , 80. 17% and 86. 43% , 88. 57% respectively in control group. The difference showed very marked significant ( P < 0. 01). During treatment, local or general toxic and side effects were not observed. Conclusion: YS exerts a definite cu-rative effect for CE, and is simple in manipulation. No toxic nor side effect is observed.
