| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨单侧输尿管结扎大鼠肾皮质内PDGF-B的表达及补阳还五汤对其表达的调节作用。方法：采用单侧输尿管结扎的大鼠模型，观察补阳还五汤对大鼠肾皮质血小板源生长因子(POGF)B链mRNA表达的影响。结果：补阳还五汤可显著抑制PDGF-B链mRNA的表达。结论：补阳还五汤对PDGF-B mRNA表达的抑制作用可能是其发挥临床疗效的机制之一。

| Abstract: | AIM To study the effect of Buyang-Huanwu-Tang(BYHWT) on the expression of PDGF-B mRNA in rat renal cortex.METHODS The unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) rats were used to explore the influence of BYHWT on the mRNA expression of PDGF-B in the cortex.RESULT BYHWT significantly inhibited the expression of PDGF-B mRNA in the renal cortex.CONCLUSION The inhibitory effects of BYHWT on PDGF-B mRNA expression in renal cortex may contribute to its therapeutic effects on kidney diseases. |
