| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血小板衍生生长因子（PDGF）在小细胞肺癌（SCLC）的表达。方法 应用免疫组织化学技术观察了PDGF-A链和PDGF-B链在SCLC及肺非特异性炎症组织中的表达。结果 SCLC组织中有PDGF-A链显著过表达（P=0.007)。而PDGF-B链在两组间差异无显著性（P=0.111)。结论 PDGF-A链的异常表达可能与SCLC细胞增生有关，PDGF的两种多肽在SCLC中的生物特性可能有所不同。

| Abstract: | Objective To investgate the expression of platelet derive growth factor (PDGF) in small cell lung cancer(SCLC). Methods The immunohistochemical methods were used to analyze the expression of PDGF A chain and PDGF B chain in 13 cases with SCLC, and in 8 cases with non specific inflammation of lung tissues. Results The excessive expression of PDGF A chain were found in SCLC ( P <0.05). There were no difference between SCLC and the inflammation control in PDGF B chain. Conclusion The biological specialities of the two piptide chains of PDGF could be different, the more expression of PDGF-A chain might be involved in the hyperplasia of SCLC. |
