酗酒者尸体解剖10例临床病理分析

目的探讨长期饮酒对机体各系统的影响。方法整理1999~2006年10例酒精中毒者尸体解剖材料,并结合组织病理学改变和临床资料进行分析。结果酒精中毒者心脑血管系统、消化系统、呼吸系统、泌尿生殖系统均不同程度出现病理变化,以心脑血管和消化系统病理改变为主。结论长期酗酒可慢性损害全身各系统使心脑等重要脏器的损伤不断加重,最终导致多脏器功能衰竭。

Clinical pathological analysis for death cases due to alcoholism:an autopsy report of 10 cases

objective To investigate the damage of all the systems in the death body caused by drinking alcohol excessively.Methods Ten autopsied cases of alcoholism were collected from 1999 to 2006 in the hospital to analyze histopathological changes and clinical data.Results The pathological changes were found in almost all the systems including cardiocerebral vascular system,digest system,respiratory system and urogenital system,the changes in cardiocerebral and digestive system weve more significant.Conclusion Chronic alcoholic drinking could damage the liver and pancreatic tissues,and taking alcohol for a long time could induce a chronic damage for important organs such as heart and brain,which may lead gradually to multiple organ dysfunction.
