简化尿道会师加牵引术处理后尿道损伤80例分析

目的:探索后尿道损伤的安全、有效治疗方法。方法:回顾分析80例后尿道损伤患者采用食指引导下,直接放置带有导丝的双腔导尿管行简化的尿道会师加牵引术,行术后尿道扩张,并和对照组比较。结果:全组随访了79例,其中69例排尿正常,治愈率为87.3%;阳萎4例,和对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗后尿道损伤中,正确应用尿道会师加牵引术,可作为首选方法。

Analysis of 80 cases of Posterior Urethral Injury Managed by Simplified Wrethral Realigment with Traction

Objective: To investigate a safe and effective management for posterior urethral injury.Methods: Retrospectivlg review of 80 cases of posterior urethral ingjury were treated by simplified urethral realigment with traction.In this operation the two-way catheter with an inner iron line was led by the guardiance of forefinger post operative urethral.dilation was processed properly,And comparing with control group.Results: 79 cases have been followed up and 69 cases can micturate normally,the cure rate being 87.3%.Importence occurred 4 cases.The cure rate and the cases of impotance occurred had significant difference compairing with that control.Conclusion: Urethral realigment with traction seems to be the treatment of choice for posterior urethral injury.
