| 摘 要： | 目的分析静脉滴注尼莫地平注射液患者产生的不良反应,并探讨积极的护理干预措施。方法对于136例静脉滴注尼莫地平注射液产生不良反应的患者采取相应的护理措施,包括血压监测、使用输液泵匀速滴注药物、心理护理、饮食调整、输液护理等。结果121例患者完成了药物疗程,患者反应良好。结论对于静脉滴注尼莫地平注射液的患者,采取适当的护理干预措施能减少患者的不适,提高患者使用药物的依从性。
