心理支持疗法改善乳房包块手术患者术中等待病理结果时焦虑和抑郁程度的效果评价

目的 探讨心理支持疗法对术中等待快速冰冻病理结果时改善患者焦虑和抑郁的效果.方法行局麻下乳房包块切除等待术中快速冰冻患者80例,随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,术前1d、术后2d均进行心理评估 (焦虑自评表SAS、抑郁自评表SDS),测量血压、心率并进行常规心理护理.手术日患者在局部麻醉下,等待快速 冰冻病理结果时干预组行常规心理护理+心理支持疗法,对照组行常规护理.结果术中心理干预后,干预组和 对照组在术中、术后通过SAS、SDS测试以及测量血压、心率,两组对比,干预组焦虑和抑郁心态及血压、心率较对 照组明显稳定(P＜0.05),差异有统计学意义.结论实施心理支持疗法可改善术中等待快速冰冻病理结果时患 者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,减轻术中、术后应激反应,使患者血压、心率稳定,利于术后恢复.

Observations of effects of PPST on anxiety and depression of patients with breast mass in waiting rapid pathological diagnosis in surgery

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effects of PPST on the anxiety and depression of patients with breast mass in waiting rapid pathological diagnosis in surgery.Methods 80 patients were performed breast mass excison surgery and were randomly divided into the intervention group（group A,40 cases） and the control group（group B,40 cases）.All the patients received psychological assessment（anxiety table SAS、Depression table SDS） 1 day before surgery and 2 days after surgery and the blood pressure、heart rate were recorded.The patients of Group A received routine psychological care and PPST.The patients of Group Breceived routine psychological only.Results After intervention intraoperative,the two groups had statistics difference（P〈0.05） between SAS、SDS、blood pressure and heart rate.Conclusion The PPST can effectively reduce the patient＇s anxiety and depression,retain the blood pressure and heart rate and improve the patient＇s feelings and postoperative recovery.
