CK19在食管鳞状细胞癌及癌旁食管鳞状上皮增生组织中的表达及其临床意义

目的研究CK19在食管鳞状细胞癌及食管鳞状上皮良性增生性病变组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学EnVision法检测CK19及Ki-67在食管鳞状细胞癌及癌旁食管鳞状上皮增生性病变组织中的表达,其中鳞状细胞癌47例,不典型增生25例,单纯性增生18例,正常食管上皮14例。结果 CK19和Ki-67在鳞状细胞癌组的阳性率(95.74%、97.87%)明显高于单纯性增生和正常食管上皮组阳性率(7.14%、14.29%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CK19在食管鳞状细胞癌表达增高,它可能在食管鳞状上皮恶性转化中发挥了重要作用,联合检测CK19和Ki-67对食管鳞状细胞癌的早期诊断具有重要价值。

Expression of CK19 and its significance in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent esophageal squamous epithelium hyperplasia tissues

Objective To investigate CK19 expression in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and esophageal squamous epithelium benign hyperplasia lesions and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry（EnVision） was utilized to detecet the expression of CK19 and Ki-67 in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent esophageal squamous epithelium hyperplasia lesions,which were 47 case of squamous cell carcinoma,25 cases of atypical hyperplasia,18 cases of simple hyperplasia,and 14 cases of normal esophageal epithelium.Results The positive rates for CK19 and Ki-67 in squamous cell carcinoma were 95.74% and 97.87% respectively,which were significantly（P〈0.01） higher than those in simple hyperplasia and normal esophageal epithelium tissue（7.14%、14.29%）.Conclusion CK19 expression is up-regulated in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.It may play an important role in malignant transformation of the esophageal squamous epithelium.It has great diagnostic value if CK19 is detected together with Ki-67 in early diagnosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
