摘    要:目的 分析Fahr病影像学特征,提高Fahr病影像学认识.方法 3例Fahr病患者分别行CT与MRI检查,结合文献分析Fahr病的影像学特点.结果 3例Fahr病患者头部CT均有基底节对称性钙化,丘脑区、齿状核及半卵圆中心对称性钙化2例,钙化边缘呈细线样.3例患者钙化灶在MRI上T1WI表现为不均匀低信号,T2WI同时存在低信号、稍高信号及明显高信号.结论 Fahr病钙化部位及CT表现具有特征性,MRI信号呈多样性.

Abstract:Objective To analyse the imaging characteristics of Fahr disease and deepen the understanding of the Fahr image science.Methods Three Fahr patients had a physical examination of CT and MRI.Then the Fahr imaging characteristics would be analysed with the help of documents.Results 3 cases Fahr patients' head CT showed that the basal ganglia had all been symmetrically calcified.2 cases Fahr patients the cerebral ganglias、the tooth-like pits and the half-oval centers had been symmetrically calcified,the edges of which were linear.3 cases Fahr patients T1WI on the MRI of their calcified lesion was manifested as nonhomogeneous hypointensity,and T2WI had hypointensity,slight hyperintensity and obvious hyperintensity.Conclusion The Fahr calcified parts and CT have characteristics and MRI signals appear diversified.
