豚鼠胃肠道粘膜下神经丛的形态差异

使用NADH黄递酶组化法和自制的测试方格描绘法探讨胃肠道各段粘膜下神经丛的形态差异.结果发现,胃粘膜下神经丛神经节很少,主要存在于胃底和幽门窦.三段小肠粘膜下神经丛形态基本类似,神经网格较小较密,神经节较多较小.大肠各段的粘膜下神经丛呈现明显的差异.盲肠粘膜下神经丛的网格是胃肠道中最大最稀的.升结肠粘膜下神经丛神经节最大,节间束最粗,并出现神经节与神经节直接相连现象.此外,在小肠和盲肠,可见粘膜下神经丛与血管伴行现象.

THE MORPHOLOGICAL DIFFERENCE OF SUBMUCOSAL PLEXUSES IN THE GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT OF GUINEA-PIG

The morphological difference of submucosal plexuses in the gastrointestinal tract of guinea-pig was studied by histochemical method of NADH-diaphorase and the method of depiction with home-made graticule A few submucosal ganglia found in the stomach were mainly located in the fundus and antrum.The shapes of submucosal plexuses in the duodenum,jejunum and ilium were basically similar.The nerve meshes in submucosal plexuses were found smaller and denser than usual,while the ganglia were found greater in number and smaller in size.In various parts of the large intestine,the shape of submucosal plexus appeared differently.The meshes of submucosal plexuses in the cecum were large but sparsely scattered in the gastrointestinal tract.The submucosal plexuses with the largest ganglia and the thickest strands were located in the ascent colon where some connexions of ganglia were also seen.In addition,concomitance of submucosal plexuses and blood vessels could be seen in the small intestine and cecum.
