和平方舟医院船赴菲紧急国际医疗救援医学模式的探讨

目的总结中国海军和平方舟医院船赴菲律宾实施紧急国际医疗救援中的医疗工作，探讨灾害医疗救援模式。方法回顾性分析此次医疗救援模式及开展工作情况及特点。结果根据当地灾害的特点，建立完善救援组织和模式，快速响应机制，合理分工，明确职责，处置及时，预防交叉感染，对提高灾害救治成功率具有重要的意义。结论实践证明，该医学模式在医疗救援中起到了重要的作用，可以在有限的时间内最大程度的发挥我国医疗救援队的作用，服务于当地的灾民。

Discussion about the emergency medical rescue model of Navy hospital ship Peace Ark in its disaster relief mission

Objective To summarize the performance of disaster relief mission conducted in Philippines by the navy hospital ship Peace Ark, and explore the disaster medical rescue mode. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the medical rescue mode, working conditions and its own characteristics. Results Considering the characteristics of the disasters, well-established rescue organization plays important role in creating a rapid responding mechanism, rational division of labor, clear responsibilities, and timely disposal, preventing cross-infection, and increasing chance to save people＇ s life. Conclusion It proved that the model in the rescue mission worked effectively which played an important role in maximize rescue effort in a limited time frame.
