血清AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199在原发性肝癌诊断中的应用价值

目的：探讨血清AFP、CEA、CA199和CA125联合检测在原发性肝癌诊断中的应用。方法选择48例原发性肝癌患者、50例肝炎肝硬化患者和48例正常对照者血清AFP、CEA、CA199和CA125水平。结果原发性肝癌组血清AFP、CEA、CA199和CA125水平分别为（168.3±48.3） g/L,（12.8±4.9） g/L,（80.5±21.0） kU/L and （111.3±23.9） kU/L均明显高于良性肝病组和正常对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 AFP、CEA、CA199和CA125三项联合检测能够明显提高原发性肝癌诊断的敏感性,弥补单项检测的不足。

Diagnostic value of combined determination of serum AFP,CEA, CA125, CA199 levels in patients with primary liver cancer

Objective To explore the clinical value of combined detection of alpha-fetoprotein（AFP）, carcinoembryonic antigen（CEA）, CA125, CA199 in diagnose primary liver cancer. Methods Collecting the serum samples from 48 primary hepatic cancer patients , 50 benign liver disease patients and 48 healthy people, the serum levels of AFP, CEA, CA125, CA199 were measured by chemiluminescence. Results The levels of AFP, CEA, CA125, CA199 were （168.3±48.3） g/L, （12.8±4.9） g/L, （80.5±21.0） kU/L and （111.3±23.9） kU/L in primary liver cancer patients respectively, it was significantly higher than that in beingn liver disease patients and healthy people. Conclusion Combined detection of AFP, CEA, CA125, CA199 is useful in the diagnose of primary liver cancer.
