台风后菲律宾塔克洛班市脑卒中患者情况分析．

目的总结台风“海燕”过后菲律宾塔克洛班市脑卒中情况。方法对中国海军和平方舟号医院船收治的台风后伤员113例中11例脑卒中患者的临床资料以及CT影像进行回顾性总结。结果出血性以及缺血性脑卒中分别为4例和7例。出血性脑卒中除1例不明原因外,剩余均为典型的高血压所致的丘脑出血;缺血性脑卒中病例中有1例青年卒中,其余大部分为大动脉粥样硬化型脑梗塞。结论台风过后该市脑卒中的特殊的发病情况是台风过后的后续影响与当地医疗基础设施薄弱、经济水平落后的综合因素所致,在医疗工作中要充分认识,制定符合当地实际的救治措施。

Explore stroke occurred after Typhoon Haiyan in Tacloban,Philippines

Objective To summarize the features of stroke occurred in Tacloban, Philippines after Typhoon Haiyan. Methods 11 cases of stroke in a total of 113 patients admitted at the Peace Ark were retrospectively analyzed. Results Four of them were hemorrhagic stroke and the rest seven were ischemic stroke. Of the four hemorrhagic stroke cases, three were typical hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in thalamencephalon except one with unexplained cause. Of the seven ischemic stroke cases, arge-artery atherosclerosis demonstrated as the main reason except one youth stroke case. Conclusion The situation of stroke occurrence in the area after the typhoon reflected the aftermath of typhoon, the local unsolid medical infrastructure. It is critical to realize the local demand, and create a suitable medical service plan to fit in the situation.
