医院船赴菲律宾医疗救助任务疾病谱分析

摘    要:目的分析和平方舟医院船执行赴菲律宾执行国际人道主义医疗救助任务期间收治伤病员具体情况及疾病谱,为今后国际医疗救助工作提供参考。方法统计分析此次赴菲执行国际人道主义医疗救助任务中前置野战医院及医院船主平台收治伤病员临床资料。结果前置野战医院共展开工作14天,接诊量1563人次,为医院船平台后送住院108人;医院船主平台收治伤病员113人,实施确定性手术44例。结论此次赴菲医疗救助处于灾害中期,伤病员主要集中在内科、外科、儿科,呼吸道感染、急性腹泻及外伤患者为主,医院船参加国际灾害救援开创了我国国际救援的新模式。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical resource distribution and the disease spectrum in the international disaster humanism medical assistance offered by Chinese navy hospital ship "PEACE ARK" to the Philippines. Methods The patients' clinical data which was collected from the field hospital and the hospital ship "PEACE ARK" in the mission was analyzed. Results In a total of 1,563 patients who visited the field hospital in the period of 14 days, 108 of them were transferred to the hospital ship "PEACE ARK" of which 113 patients were admitted. 44 patients out of the 113 underwent surgery, at the hospital Ship "PEACE ARK". Conclusion During the international disaster assistance mission, the disease spectrum includes: internal maladies, surgical diseases,pediatric diseases, respiratory tract infection, acute diarrhea and trauma. Participation of the hospital ship "PEACE ARK" in the disaster medical assistance in the Philippine has established a new model in international disaster medical assistance.
