江西某部2006～2012年度新兵集训期伤病情况动态分析

目的分析新兵集训期伤病发生特点，降低伤病发生。方法采用ICD-10进行疾病的分类和命名，由军医按照统一设计的表格收集伤病数据。结果各年度总伤病昼夜发生率为10～15‰。内部构成依次都为呼吸系统疾病、训练性损伤、消化系统、皮肤和皮下组织系统和传染性疾病。伤病发生高峰和次高峰出现时间集中在第2周、第4周、第6—8周和第12周，各发病高峰的伤病内部构成（按系统）有所不同。传染性疾病除2011和2012年度有2例和5例水痘外，其余均为皮肤性传染性疾病。结论新兵集训期，伤病预防应分阶段有侧重，呼吸系统疾病预防对降低总伤病发生有重要意义，还应重视传染性疾病的防控。

Dynamic analysis of the injuries and diseases occurred during recruits training in Jiangxi from 2006 to 2012

Objective To study the characteristics of injuries and diseases occurred in recruits training and find the possible solution in eliminating them from happening. Methods The ICD-10 Diagnosis Standard was applied to classify all the injuries and diseases. All the data were collected and compiled by the full-time military doctors. Results The incidence of diseases and injuries between 2006 and 2012 fluctuate at 10%-15‰. And the proportions of the injuries/disease reflected the same sequence in the following order： respiratory system diseases, military training injuries, digestive system, hypodermis and skin system, and the contagious diseases. The peak and the second peak of diseases and injuries occurred at the second week, the fourth week, between the sixth and the eighth week, and the 12th week respectively, but their inner proportions were different. The contagion systems of the seven years were all skin infectious disease except the 2 varicella cases in 2011 year and the 5 ones in 2012. Conclusion The prevention strategies should be developed by stages, and emphasized in some certain stages. It is imperative to prevent respiration system diseases which may definitely help reduce the injuries and diseases, as well as infectious disease.
