应用生长抑素治疗上消化道出血临床疗效

目的：探讨应用生长抑素治疗上消化道出血患者的临床疗效。方法将本院2010年1月～2012年12月收治的90例上消化道出血患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组45例，对照组给予常规用药治疗；观察组在常规用药在基础上给予生长抑素治疗。对比两组患者评价临床疗效、止血时间及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的临床显效率及总有效率明显高于对照组（ P＜0.05）；观察组的平均止血时间明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论上消化道出血的患者在输血输液补充血容量、纠正休克的基础上应用生长抑素治疗，患者止血速度快、早期再出血发生率低、输血量减少。止血时间短，不良反应小，疗效显著，值得推广应用。

Clinical curative effect of somatostatin in treatment of upper digestive tract hemorrhagen

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of somatostatin in the treatment of upper di-gestive tract hemorrhage .Methods In our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012, 90 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding , were randomly divided into observation group and control group , 45 cases in each group, the control group was given routine drug treatment;the observation group in the conventional treatment based on the given somatostatin treatment .The incidence of bleeding time and adverse reaction were compared between two groups of clinical curative effect , evaluation .Results The group of clinical significant efficiency and total efficiency were significantly higher than that of the control group （ P＆lt;0.05）;average hemostasis time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P＆lt;0.05）;two group of adverse reaction rate had no significant difference （P＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is added in the transfu-sion of blood volume , correct shock .somatostatin therapy on patients , hemostasis speed , the early rebleeding rate low, reduce blood transfusion volume .Bleeding time is short , less adverse reactions , a significant effect , it is worthy of popularization and application .
