核应急医学救援人才培训模式研究

目的探讨核应急医学救援人才培训的模式，以胜任核辐射事故救援任务。方法利用每年参加博鳌亚洲论坛安全保卫任务以及核辐射应急救援演习的机会，组织我院核辐射应急救援医疗队进行强化培训，包括心理、装具、防护检测、理论、流程、救治原则等系统培训。通过演习检验培训效果。结果在博鳌亚洲论坛安全保卫任务中数次成功处置疑似核恐怖袭击事件；两次圆满完成核辐射事故应急医学救援演习任务。结论培训使救援人员系统地掌握了核应急救援的基本知识和操作对策。建议紧密结合应急医学救援实际，完善培训教材，精选培训机构，创新培训手段，加强演习式培训，逐步建立起适合我国国情的规范培训体系。

Nuclear emergency medical rescue personnel training

Objective To explore the models of emergency medical rescue personnel for nuclear radiation accidents, and minimize the damage. Methods By taking the opportunity to participate in the annual Boao Asia Forum for security tasks and nuclear radiation emergency rescue drills, our hospital＇ s nuclear radiation emergency rescue team conducted an intensive training. Results The team successfully handled several suspected nuclear terrorist attacks in serving in security tasks for the forum, and completed the nuclear radiation emergency medical rescue exercises twice. Conclusion The specific training enable the emergency medical rescue personnel to understand fundamental knowledge and operational countermeasures to cope with nuclear radiation accident. The followings are suggested in improving our standard training system which is suitable for our own situation： 1. Strengthen the training contents; 2. Selecte quality training institution; 3. Create new and suitable trainings and enhance the drills.
