铝碳酸镁和埃索美拉唑联合治疗急性胃黏膜病变的临床观察

目的：观察铝碳酸镁联合埃索美拉唑治疗急性胃黏膜病变的临床效果。方法：选取2007年6月～2010年5月在我院进行治疗的急性胃黏膜病变患者56例,分为两组,对照组和治疗组各28例。对照组予以埃索美拉唑20mg,呋喃唑酮100mg,每日2次,疗程1周。治疗组给予埃索美拉唑20mg,铝碳酸镁0.5～1.0g,每日3次,在饭后1～2h咀嚼服用,疗程1周。观察两组的症状缓解情况。结果：治疗组有效27例、有效率为96.4%,溃疡愈合26例、愈合率为92.9%;对照组有效25例、有效率为89.3%,溃疡愈合23例、愈合率为82.1%;两组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：铝碳酸镁联合埃索美拉唑治疗急性胃黏膜病变溃疡愈合率高,疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of Talcid combined Esomeprazole in the treatment of acute gastric mucosal lesions

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Talcid combined Esomeprazole in the treatment of acute gastric mucosal lesions.Methods：56 cases of acute gastric mucosal lesions were selected from June 2007 to May 2010 in our hospital,which were divided into control group and treatment group,each of 28 cases.The control group was given Es omeprazole 20 mg,Furazolidone 100 mg,2 times a day for 1 week.The treatment group received Esomeprazole 20 mg,Talcid 0.5-1.0 g,3 times daily,1-2 hours after dinner chew taking for 1 week.The relief of symptoms were observed.Results：Effective number of 27 cases in treatment group and the effective rate was 96.4%,the number of 26 cases of ulcer healing and the healing rate was 92.9% ;effective number of 25 cases in control group and the effective rate was 89.3%,the number of 23 cases of ulcer healing and the healing rate was 82.1%.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Talcid combined Esomeprazole is a worthy way of treatment in acute gastric mucosal lesion ulcer for its high healing rate and significant effect.
