| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨自采自供型血站的血液报废原因。方法 对 2 0 0 2～ 2 0 0 3年解放军成都某血站的血液报废情况进行回顾性统计。结果 2 0 0 2～ 2 0 0 3年期间该血站共完成献血 5 715人次 ,报废血液 4 2 8人次。血液偏型过期在该血站血液报废中占较大比例。其它如ALT单项值升高、HBsAg阳性 ,抗 HCV阳性及脂血、破袋造成的血液报废相对较少。结论 自采自供型血站可通过加强血液库存管理尽量减少血液浪费

Analysis on the Cause of Blood Discarding in Blood Centers of Self-suflicient Extraction |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the causes of blood discarding in the blood center of self-sufficient extraction.Methods A retrospective statistical study was given to blood discarding from 2002 to 2003 in Chengdu Military Blood Center.Results The blood extracted from 428 donators out of the total 5715 donators was discarded.The problem of over time took up a larger proportion in blood discarding than that of high value of ALT,positive HBsAG,positive Anti-HCV,fatty blood and blood bag breaking.Conclusions The self-sufficient blood center can reduce blood discarding by strengthening the management of blood stock. |
