| 摘 要： | 目的：总结超声乳化白内障吸出ＰＭＭＡ人工晶体植入术的疗效，并探讨手术技巧及并发症。方法：对６１例白内障超声乳化并植入ＰＭＭＡ人工晶体。结果：术后一周内视力在１．０以上者１２眼，０．４至０．９者６１眼；一个月后视力在１．０以上者３７眼，０．４至０．９者４２眼。术中主要并发症的后囊破裂，虹膜损伤，术后并发症为角膜水肿。结论：超声乳化白内障吸出ＰＭＭＡ人工晶体植入术切口小，术后散光小、视力提高明显，强调

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the results of cataract extraction by phacoemulsication with PMMA IOL implantation, and to discuss the surgical skill and complications. METHOD: 61 cases (84eyes) with cataract extracted by phacoemulsication and PMMA IOL implantation. RESULT:postoperation visual acuity: more than 1. 0 was 12 eyes (14%) 0. 4-0. 9 was 61 eyes (73% ) in one week,and more than 1. 0 was 37 eyes (44%),0. 4-0. 9 was 42 eyes (50%) after one month. The rupture of posterior capsule and iris injure were main interaoperation complications,postoperation were comeal opacity. CONCLUSION: This operation's incision and astigmatism were small. visual rehabilitated rapidly. It is also emphasized that it can reduce or avoid the operating and postoperative complication to improve the operative skills |
