| 摘 要： | 目的探讨BOX-COX转换的I-MR图在ELISA室内质控中的应用。方法采用即刻法和BOX-COX转换的I-MR图对实验室过程分析前期的数据进行分析处理,比较两种方法处理的结果。结果与结论 BOX-COX转换的I-MR能比即刻法更准确、直观的对异常值进行判别和处理,从而构建更准确的质控控制框架。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the application of I-MR chart with BOX-COX Transformation in ELISA. Methods Grubbs and I-MR chart with BOX-COX Transformation were compared to analyze the preliminary data of SPC. Results and Conclusions I-MR chart with BOX-COX Transformation is more accurate and direct in distinguishing outliers than Grubbs, and makes SPC more efficient. |
