枳苓六妙口服液对疲劳雄性大鼠血睾酮及相关激素的影响

摘    要:目的:观察枳苓六妙口服液对疲劳雄性大鼠作用。方法:采用高(360 mg·kg~(-1))、中(118.3 mg·kg~(-1))、低(59.2mg·kg~(-1))不同剂量枳苓六妙口服液给正常wistar雄性大鼠连续灌胃6周,在给药2周、4周、6周后三个时间段,测定其力竭游泳时间和负重运动后雄性大鼠睾酮(T)、皮质酮(C)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)和促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)的浓度。结果:与对照组比较,枳苓六妙口服液高、中剂量组在3周后均能明显延长雄性大鼠负重游泳时间(P〈0.05或0.01);6周后,各组均能明显提高雄性大鼠血T浓度和LH浓度(P〈0.05);高、中剂量组均能显著降低血中C水平(P〈0.05);6周后,高剂量组能提高雄性大鼠FSH的浓度,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);各剂量组对ACTH和E_2没有明显影响(P〉0.05)。结论:枳苓六妙口服液中、高剂量组具有显著的抗疲劳作用,血清睾酮水平降低可能是疲劳发病机制的重要环节。

Abstract:Objective : To research the influence of Zhiling Liumiao oral solutions on testosterone and correlated hormone in fatigue male rats. Method: Zhiling Liumiao oral solutions were administered for 6 weeks in the experimental groups at low (59.2 mg · kg-! ) , medium (118.3 mg · kg-1) and high (360 mg · kg-1) dosage, respectively. The influence of Zhiling Liumiao oral solutions on testosterone and correlated hormones was studied by swimming time and the activity of testosterone (T), corticosterone (C), follicle - stimulating hormone (FSH) , luteinizing hormone (LH) , estradiol ( E2 ) and adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH). Result : Com- pared with the control group, Zhiling Liumiao oral solutions with medium and high dosage could obviously prolong the loading swimming time after 3 weeks ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ), increase the T and LH level after 6 weeks ( P 〈 0.05 ) and decrease the C content ( P 〈 0.05 ) , and the high dosage could enhance the FSH activity after 6 weeks ( P 〈 0.05 ). No significant ACTH and E2 expression was found among those groups (P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Zhiling Liumiao oral solutions show anti-fatigue effect, especially with the medi- um and high dosage, and the decreased T level may be the mechanism.
