鹰爪花挥发油GC-MS分析及抗肿瘤活性研究

摘    要:目的:分析鹰爪花新鲜叶挥发性成分,进行抗肿瘤活性测试,为进一步研究开发鹰爪花提供实验依据.方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法制备鹰爪花叶挥发油,并结合GC-MC分析化学成分;用MTT比色法分别研究鹰爪花叶挥发油抗肿瘤活性.结果:水蒸气蒸馏法提取鹰爪花新鲜叶挥发油收率为1.35%,得到68个化合物,鉴定出53个;鹰爪花叶挥发油浓度较高时对肝癌细胞(BEL-7402)具有较好抑制活性,IC50 12.07 mg·L-1,对白血病细胞(K-562)、胃癌细胞(SGC-7901)、肺癌细胞(SPCA-1)的增殖抑制具有中等强度的抑制活性.结论:从鹰爪花叶中提取挥发油并鉴定化学成分主要为烯类、醇类、萜类、醛类和酯类化合物.

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents and bioactivity of essential oil from Artabotrys hexapetalus. Method: The essential oil was extracted by hydrodistillation and separated by capillary GC. The chemical constituents were determined by normalization and were identified by MS. Result: Sixty-eight chromatographic peaks were detected and 53 compounds were identified, which were 89.32% of the total essential oil. The essential oil from A. hexapetalus showed inhibitory activity against staphyococcus aureus rosenbach,escherichia coli,bacillus subtilis and exhibited higher activity to restrain liver cancer cells(BEL-7402), with IC50 values of 12.07 mg·L-1. Conclusion: Volatile oil has been extracted from A. hexapetalus. and the compounds have been identified for the first time, containing many active ingredients. This study provides experimental evidence for the further research and exploitation of A. hexapetalus.
