抗疲劳固体饮料对热暴露动物氧自由基代谢及细胞内酶的影响

摘    要:目的 :了解抗疲劳固体饮料 (简称饮料 )对机体热应激时氧自由基代谢、细胞内酶的影响及其作用机制。方法 :将 48只日本大耳白兔随机分 5组 ,观察不同受热时间、服用饮料前后和不同服用时间的SOD ,LPO ,CK和LDH以及细胞膜结构的改变。结果 :服用饮料后动物体温明显低于热应激组 ,SOD保持受热前水平或明显高于受热组 ,LPO在服用饮料组中有明显的减低 ,与对照组比较有显著差异 ,CK及LDH水平在服用饮料前后无明显变化 ,但先服饮料后受热组的CK及LDH略有升高 ,与对照组比较有差异。结论 :饮料有提高机体有氧运动以及抗疲劳耐高温能力的功效

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of anti-tired solid drink(drinking) on oxygen free radical metabolsim and the in-cellular enzyme to heat exposure body.Method:48 rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups.The changes of SOD,LPO,CK,LDH and cyto-membranous structure were observed in different heated times and taking the drinking before and after heat exposure.Results:The body temperature in the drinking group was lower than the group of only heat exposure.The SOD kept the level before heat exposure or higher than the heated group obviously.The LPO decreased markedly to group of taking drinking.They were significant compared to the control group;The CK and LDH had not changed before and after taking drinking,but CK and LDH were slightly increased in group of heat exposure followed from taking drinking first,they were significant compared to the control group.Conclusion:The drinking has the effective for increased ability of aerobic exercise and anti-tiredness,heat resisting in body.
