| 摘 要： | 目的总结幽门螺杆菌(Hp)毒力基因及宿主遗传多态性对疾病作用的研究进展,为Hp相关疾病的预防和控制提供依据。方法查阅近年国内外相关文献进行分析和总结。结果Hp毒力基因存在地区性差异,进而造成其在疾病中的作用不同。宿主的一些基因多态性也影响着Hp感染者的临床结局。结论Hp感染者的临床结局受生物因素Hp、宿主遗传多态性等多种因素的共同作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize advances on research of helicobacter pylori(Hp) virulence genes and host genetic polymorphisms in development of Hp-associated diseases,provide basis for preventing and controlling Hp-associated diseases.Methods Analyze and summarize related domestic and international literature in recent years.Results Hp virulence genes is diverse in different region,and it results in different effect in development of disease.The host genetic polymorphisms have influence on clinic outcome of Hp infector.Conclusion Hp and host genetic polymorphisms result in clinical outcome of Hp infector together. |
