| 摘 要： | 收集武汉地区主要三甲医院微信公众平台使用数据，同时与医院微信排行榜前10公立医院微信使用情况从基本运营情况、菜单功能设置、微信信息推送、公众平台影响力几方面进行对比，分析武汉地区主要三甲医院微信公众平台优点和不足，为武汉及有关地区完善医院微信公众平台的建设及推广使用提供参考。

| Abstract: | In the meantime of collecting data the Wechat public platform utilization of main Class III hospitals in Wuhan area, the paper conducts contrastive analysis on the use of Wechat with Wechat top 10 public hospitals from the perspectives of basic operation situation, menu function setting, Wechat information push and public platform influence, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the Wechat public platform of main Class III hospitals in Wuhan area, and provides reference for Wuhan and related areas to improve the construction, utilization and promotion of the Wechat public platform of hospitals. |
