| 摘 要： | 目的:2000年5月贵州省绥阳县风疹流行,为了解风疹病毒流行情况及流行区孕妇风疹病毒感染情况,本研究对绥阳县风疹流行及绥阳县风疹流行区妊娠早、中期孕妇风疹病毒感染情况进行调查分析。方法:选择流行区内中、小学学生及妊娠4～24周孕妇为调查对象,随机采集241份学生血样,611份妊娠早、中期孕妇血样,用ELISA法检测风疹病毒IgM抗体。结果:214例学生血样风疹病毒IgM抗体检测阳性155例,阳性率为72.4％;611例妊娠早、中期孕妇血样风疹病毒IgM抗体检测阳性2例,阳性率为0.3％。结论:本次调查妊娠早、中期孕妇风疹病毒IgM阳性检出率明显低于国外报道流行区孕妇风疹感染率3.6％,高于非流行年的0.1％～0.2％;低于我国报道非流行年孕妇风疹病毒感染率0.46％～1.34％。

| Abstract: | Objective: To characterize the prevalence of Rubella virus (RV) in Xuyang County of Guizhou Province of China,we conducted a serum epidemiological study in May.2000. Methods:The blood samples were randomly obtained from 241 Primary school students and 611 pregnant women. and the Enzyme-Linked immunosorbentassay(ELISA)was employed to detect RV infection. Results: Positive rate of RV IgM in the students and the pregnant women were 72. 4% and 0. 3% respectively. Conclusion:The positive rate of RV IgM from 4-24 weeks pregnant women was much lower than the one reported by the investigators both from domestic and abroad. |
