| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)及其相关危险因素的关系。方法96例CHD患者及78例健康对照组分别测定空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)以评价IR,并对CHD患者各危险因素进行相关分析。结果CHD患者的空腹胰岛素含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且HOMA-IR显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。CHD患者与体质量指数、腰围、收缩压、舒张压危险因素聚集呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论CHD患者与IR密切相关,对CHD的治疗须对其发病基础IR及多种代谢异常进行全面的防治。
