紫外分光光度法测定蛹虫草菌丝体中硒的含量

摘    要:采用紫外分光光度法,以邻苯二胺盐酸盐做显色剂,检测波长为335nm,测定蛹虫草菌丝体中硒元素的含量。结果表明,吸收度与浓度之间呈良好线性关系(r2=0.9998),蛹虫草菌丝体干重中的硒元素含量为7.69μg/g,RSD为0.037%(n=7),平均回收率97.24%,方法操作简便、快速、灵敏度好。

Abstract:Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine content of trace selenium in Cordyceps militaris mycelium with o-phenylenediamin hydrochloride as apparent color agent,and the detection wavelength was 335 nm.The results show that there was a good linear relationship between absorbency and concentration(r^2=0.9998).The trace element selenium content of dry weight of Cordyceps militaris mycelia was 7.69 μg/g,and the average recovery was 97.24 % with RSD 0.037%(n=7).This method was simple,quick and sensitive.
