| 摘 要： | 目的 将二个IgE分子在靶细胞表面通过双价配体产生交联，这一诱导Ⅰ型变态反应的理论，运用到由抗IgE诱导致敏嗜碱粒细胞组胺释放试验（histamine release of basophils test,HRBT）中，以获得组胺（histamine,HA）的高释放率。方法 将IgE的浓度与抗IgE的浓度按不同的比例进行组合，用微量HA荧光测定法观察各配对组对人血细胞中嗜碱粒细胞（basophils,BOS）释放HA的影响。结果 交联组的HA释放率明显高于对照组，t=4.604，P＜0.01。结论 当IgE:抗IgE的浓度＝2：1时，BOS的HA释放率随访比值的增高而增高；若该比值倒置，则HA释放受到抑制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To obtain high percent of histamine (HA) release, during histamine release of basophils test (HRBT) .We used the theory which when two molecule of IgE bridying their double receptors I type allergic diseases was induced. Methods To observe the effect of different concentration of IgE and anti - IgE on HA releasing with fluorescence way.Results HA of cross- link group release greater than control group, t = 4.604, P < 0.001 .Conclusion When IgE: anti - IgE = 2:1, HA release is improving with the raise of the ratio. When the ratio invert HA release is restrained. |
