先天性心脏病介入治疗患儿的观察与护理

目的 探讨小儿先天性心脏病介入手术治疗的护理特点.方法 总结39例小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗患儿术前、术后的观察与护理.结果 39例患儿均无并发症发生,痊愈出院.结论 小儿先天性心脏病介入手术治疗患儿年龄小,操作难度大,需全麻,风险明显增加,术前充分准备,术后密切观察与护理,预防并发症的发生,对提高手术的治愈率有重要作用.

The Observation and Nursing of Patients with Congenital Heart Disease Treated by Interventional Therapy

Objective To explore the nursing characteristics of patients with congenital heart disease treated by interventional therapy.Methods To summarize the nursing and observation before and after the interventional therapy in 39 patients with congenital heart disease.Results All of 39 patients have no complications and are recovered.Conclusions The more little are the patients, the harder are the operationsof the interventional therapy. The patients need general anaesthesia and the risk increases obviously. It plays an important role in raising the rate of operational treatment, that are full preparation before operation, careful observation and nursing after operation, and prevented from complications.
