| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨性病门诊慢性前列腺炎患者支原体及沙眼衣原体感染情况。方法：对门诊205例慢性前列腺炎患者，应用培养法检测支原体，应用单克隆抗体免疫荧光法检测沙眼衣原体，同时设对照组检测。结果：205例慢性前列腺炎患者中68例（33．17％）感染支原体，43例（20．98％），感染沙眼衣原体，对照组中45例中2例（4．44％）感染支原体（X^2=15．0，P＜0．01），1例（2．22％）感染沙眼衣原体（X^2＝8．0，P＜0．01）。结论：支原体主沙眼衣原体为性病后慢性前列腺炎的主要病原体之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigae the infection of mycoplasma and chlamydia trachomatis in patients with chronic prostatitis.Methods 205 patients with chronic prostatitis in STD clinic were detected mycoplasma by culture, and chlamydia trachomatis by McAb-immunofluorescence.Results Of 205 cases, 68(33.17%) were infected by mycoplasma and 43(20.98%) by chlamydia trachomatis. As a control, 2of 45 cases (4.44%) were infected by mycoplasma ( P <0.01) and only one case (2.22%) was infected by chlamydia trachomatis ( P <0.01). Conclusion mycoplasma and chlamydia traschomatis might be one of the main pathogens of chronic prostatitis. |
