| 摘 要： | 肺癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,临床上多数肺癌患者在确诊时已属晚期,失去了手术最佳机会,一般以放、化疗为主,部分患者虽有近期疗效,但毒副反应较大。一些新型分子靶向药物在临床实践中的应用,把肺癌的治疗推向了一个新阶段。中医药疗法是我国肺癌治疗的特色,实践证明应用中西医结合治疗肺癌,在改善临床症状、减毒增效、防复发转移、延长带瘤生存时间、提高生存质量等方面都取得了良好的临床疗效。
