| 摘 要： | 报道角膜接种Ⅰ型单疱病毒(HSV-Ⅰ)形成实验性家兔单疱性角膜炎,用1％和2％膦乙酸(PAA)治疗均育疗效,并证明用药愈早,疗效愈佳,和其他抗病毒药比较,PAA疗效与α-干扰素相同,而略好于疱疹净(IDU)和环胞苷(CC)。

| Abstract: | Experimental herpetic keratitis by corneal inoculation with HSV-1 in rabbits was treated with eye-drops of PAA and other antiviral drugs. PAA was the most effective and its curative effect was pertinent to the period from the inoculation to the beginning of PAA treatment. The sooner the beginning of the treatment, the better the effect was. The average duration of curing ulcer in the group treated promptly with 1% PAA after inoculation was five days, in the groups treated with 1% PAA and 2% PAA 48 hours after inoculation, 11.33 days and 9.5 days respectively. The curative effect of PAA is similar to that of interferon, and slightly better than IDU and cyclocytidine. |
