奥硝唑碘仿氧化锌糊剂治疗后牙根尖周炎217例临床观察

目的观察奥硝唑碘仿氧化锌糊剂治疗后牙根尖周炎的临床效果。方法选择后牙根尖周炎患者217例,随机分为实验组和对照组。其中实验组109例,用奥硝唑碘仿氧化锌糊剂加牙胶尖进行根管充填,对照组108例,用氧化锌剂加牙胶尖进行根管充填,并进行对照分析。结果1年后实验组成功率达95.4%,对照组成功率72.2%,两组间疗效有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑碘仿氧化锌糊剂治疗后牙根尖周炎疗效明显优于氧化锌糊剂。

Clinical observation of paste of ornidazole, iodoform and zinc oxide for treatment of 217 cases of periapical periodontitis
