多烯脂肪酸减轻5-氟尿嘧啶对免疫系统的损害

摘    要:目的研究多烯脂肪酸减轻5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)对免疫系统的损害程度。方法通过小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能、免疫器官质量指数、外周血白细胞计算及淋巴细胞百分率、溶血空斑形成、迟发性变态反应实验观察复方5-FU多烯脂肪酸胶囊剂和市售5-FU片剂对机体免疫功能的影响。结果市售5-FU片剂对小鼠免疫功能有显著损害;复方5-FU多烯脂肪酸胶囊剂比市售5-FU片剂对小鼠免疫功能的损害显著降低。结论多烯脂肪酸能显著减轻5-FU对免疫系统的损害。

Abstract:PurposeTo study the degree of polyenoic fatty acids to alleviate the influence of 5-FU on immune system.MethodsTo observe the influences of complex 5-FU polyenoic fatty acids capsule and the 5-FU troches bought in market on immune system in mice by macrophage function,immune apparatus quality exponent,the levels of white blood cells and percentage of lymphocytes,haemolytic plaque,and delayed type hypersensitivity reaction.ResultsThe 5-FU troches bought in market may damage the immune system of mice obviously,while Complex 5-FU polyenoic fatty acids capsule can alleviate the damage of immune system of mice evidently.ConclusionPolyenoic fatty acids can alleviate the damage of 5-FU on immune system markedly.
