手术治疗矫正型大动脉转位六例报告

目的；探讨手术治疗矫正型大动脉转位的临床效果．合并畸形的矫治原则及手术方法。方法：6例矫正型大动脉转位患者室间隔缺损均经右心房-二尖瓣径路补片修补，3例肺动脉流出道狭窄分别行瓣交界切开(2例)和左心室-肺动脉心外管道重建术(1例)。结果：6例患者均治愈出院，无完全性房室传导殂滞及低心排血量综合征发生。结论：矫正型大动脉转位解剖复杂，应根据不同的合并畸形选择手术方式，避免房室传导阻滞的发生和最大限度保护心功能。

Treatment of Corrected Transposition of the Great Arteries in 6 Cases

Objective: To evaluate the surgical treatment of 6 patients with congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries. Methods: Six complicated ventricular septal defects were repaired via right atrium and mitral valve. Three complicated pulmonary outflow tract obstruction were fixed by incising the juncture of pulmonary valves or connecting the right ventricle to pulmonary artery with an aortic tube respectively. Results: All of the 6 patients were cured without complete atrioventricular block or low cardiac output syndrome. Conclusion: Because of the complexity of corrected transposition of the great arteries in their anatomy, different surgical repairs should be adopted according to their pathological characteristics so as to avoid postoperative complications such as complete atrioventricular block and low cardiac output syndrome.
